About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the full product lifecycle — from concept through launch
Embed directly with customers, deeply understand their operational workflows
Rapidly prototype solutions in the field
Translate complex operational pain points into high-impact product features
Partner closely with engineering and sales to build tight feedback loops
Drive and prioritize the product roadmap, aligning solutions to business goals
Collaborate with government and industrial partners to help shape emerging standards
Use data and customer feedback to continuously refine the core product experience
Help build the product management foundation as the company scales

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–8 years of experience in forward-deployed engineering, technical product management, or software engineering
Experience shipping enterprise-grade products
Background at a Seed–Series C, VC-backed startup (or founding experience)
Experience building for industrial, defense, or government customers preferred
Strong backend-leaning engineering fundamentals and computer science background
Ability to rapidly prototype and vibe-code directly with customers
Comfortable in client-facing technical environments
Entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrated initiative (side projects, startup attempts, etc.)
Willingness to travel up to 50%
