Key responsibilities & impact

Operation, optimization and further development of modern Microsoft infrastructures
Administration of Windows Server and client environments
Management of Active Directory / Azure AD and Microsoft 365 environments
Participation in modern hybrid-cloud and infrastructure projects
Analysis and sustainable resolution of technical incidents
Monitoring, troubleshooting and performance optimization of existing systems
Lifecycle management of existing IT landscapes
Design and implementation of new technical solutions and infrastructure concepts

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed IT qualification (apprenticeship, vocational school, HTL/technical college or equivalent)
Several years of experience in IT operations, system administration or infrastructure engineering
Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies: Windows Server & Windows client
Active Directory / Azure AD
Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint)
Installation, configuration & administration of modern Microsoft environments
Structured, solution-oriented working style
Initiative and hands-on mentality
Enjoy collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team
Very good German and good English
