About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Operation, optimization and further development of modern Microsoft infrastructures
Administration of Windows Server and Windows client environments
Management of Active Directory / Azure AD as well as Microsoft 365 environments
Participation in modern hybrid cloud and infrastructure projects
Analysis and sustainable resolution of technical incidents
Monitoring, troubleshooting and performance optimization of existing systems
Lifecycle management of existing IT landscapes
Contributing to new technical solutions and infrastructure concepts

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed IT training (apprenticeship, technical school, HTL or equivalent)
Several years of experience in IT operations, system administration or infrastructure engineering
Very good knowledge of Microsoft technologies: Windows Server & Windows Client
Active Directory / Azure AD
Microsoft 365: Exchange, Teams, SharePoint
Installation, configuration & administration of modern Microsoft environments
Structured and solution-oriented working style
Self-initiative and a hands-on mentality
Enjoyment of team collaboration
Very good German skills and good English
