About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You handle customer concerns professionally, personally, and in a solutions-oriented manner
With your experience in home, motor (car), or liability insurance, you quickly engage with customers on an equal footing
You prepare quotes across various insurance lines (private & commercial)
You coordinate, review, and communicate professionally
You take care of documentation, contract amendments, and the maintenance of customer data

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed commercial (business) vocational training or equivalent
Several years of practical experience—ideally in the private customer segment (home, motor, legal protection, etc.); experience in industrial/commercial lines is a plus
Confident user of MS Office and common IT systems
Strong service orientation, self-responsibility, and excellent communication skills
You are ready to hit the ground running and require little onboarding—your expertise is well established
