About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Operation, optimization and further development of modern Microsoft infrastructures
Administration of Windows Server and Windows client environments
Management and support of Active Directory / Azure AD and Microsoft 365 environments
Participation in modern hybrid cloud and infrastructure projects
Analysis and sustainable resolution of technical incidents
Monitoring, troubleshooting and performance optimization of existing systems
Lifecycle management of existing IT landscapes
Contributing to the design of new technical solutions and infrastructure concepts

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed IT education (apprenticeship, vocational school, HTL/technical college or equivalent)
Several years of experience in IT operations, system administration or infrastructure engineering
Strong expertise in Microsoft technologies: Windows Server & Windows client
Experience with Active Directory / Azure AD
Experience with Microsoft 365 – Exchange, Teams, SharePoint
Installation, configuration & administration of modern Microsoft environments
Structured and solution-oriented working style
Self-initiative and a hands-on mentality
Enjoys collaboration and team exchange
Very good German skills and good English
