Insurance Advisor – Inside Sales
Recruiting-GroundCustomer Advisor in Insurance Services handling private client queries and insurance solutions. Involves advising, contract optimization, and damage management with a focus on various insurance types.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Initial consultation & customer inquiries: You handle requests professionally, personally and with a solution-oriented approach
- Policy review & optimization: With your experience in home, motor or liability insurance you quickly operate at eye level with your clients
- Quote calculation & proposal preparation: You prepare quotes across different insurance lines (private & commercial)
- Claims management: You coordinate, review and communicate in a professional manner
- Back office & administration: You take care of documentation, contract changes and maintenance of customer data
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent vocational/business qualification
- Several years of practical experience — ideally in private customer business (home, motor, legal protection, etc.); experience in industrial/commercial lines is a plus
- Confident handling of MS Office and common IT systems
- Strong service orientation, personal responsibility and excellent communication skills
- Ready to start immediately and require no lengthy onboarding — your know‑how is already in place
