About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Initial consultation & customer inquiries: You handle enquiries professionally, personally and with a solutions-oriented approach
- Contract review & optimization: With your experience in home, motor (auto) or liability insurance, you quickly establish credibility with your clients
- Quotation calculation & offer preparation: You prepare quotes across various insurance lines (personal & commercial)
- Claims management: You coordinate, assess and communicate professionally
- Back office & administration: You take care of documentation, contract amendments and maintenance of customer records
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed commercial/vocational training
- Several years of practical experience—ideally in the private customer segment (home, motor, legal expenses etc.); experience in industrial/commercial lines is a plus
- Confident user of MS Office and common IT systems
- Strong service orientation, ability to work independently and excellent communication skills
- You are ready to hit the ground running and require minimal onboarding—your expertise is already in place
