Manager

• You are responsible for the overall leadership and organization of the integrated design process through to construction implementation in the HVAC & plumbing (HKLS) discipline.
• You provide technical leadership to your team and represent the company’s interests externally.
• You plan within an integrated team, supported by Building Information Modeling (BIM).
• You represent the company to clients, authorities and partner firms.
• You carry cost- and results-responsibility for the management of your projects.
• You work closely with architects, structural engineers, electrical engineers and construction/site supervision (ÖBA/OÜ).
• You actively implement the company’s Green Deal — planning carbon-neutral solutions with the goal of creating sustainable buildings.
