You are responsible for the overall leadership and organization of the integrated design process through to construction implementation in the HVAC & plumbing (HKLS) discipline.
You provide technical leadership to your team and represent the company’s interests externally.
You plan within an integrated team, supported by Building Information Modeling (BIM).
You represent the company to clients, authorities and partner firms.
You carry cost- and results-responsibility for the management of your projects.
You work closely with architects, structural engineers, electrical engineers and construction/site supervision (ÖBA/OÜ).
You actively implement the company’s Green Deal — planning carbon-neutral solutions with the goal of creating sustainable buildings.
Requirements
Completed technical education (HTL) or a university degree in building and energy engineering or mechanical engineering.
Several years of leadership and professional experience in the design, coordination and delivery of large-scale projects — ideally with experience in data centers or healthcare projects.
Very good German and English language skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
Passion for sustainability and carbon-neutral planning.
Strong awareness of deadlines, costs and quality.
