About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Processes inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse activities to support accurate product movement and effective order fulfillment
Prepares shipments, packaging materials, and staging areas to meet handling requirements and dispatch timelines
Reconciles inventory discrepancies, stock movements, and transaction variances to preserve inventory integrity
Monitors stock levels, storage conditions, and workflow status to identify replenishment needs and service risks
Investigates damaged shipments, handling issues, and process exceptions to determine causes and support timely resolution
Documents shipment status, inventory updates, and operational exceptions to maintain accurate warehouse visibility

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required
Associate's degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations, business administration, or a related field preferred
3+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required
Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred
Knowledge in warehouse operations across receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and returns
Knowledge in inventory control principles, stock reconciliation, and transaction accuracy
Knowledge in shipment preparation, product handling, and storage condition requirements
Knowledge in warehouse documentation, record maintenance, and operational reporting
Knowledge in safety, loss prevention, and warehouse control practices
