About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build trust and influence with customers and maintain relationships
Responsible for preventative maintenance, onsite and remote service and support
Troubleshoot and problem solve equipment issues
Install parts, perform electrical work, plumbing, welding, and fabrication
Transport and deliver equipment to customer sites
Adjust dosage for feed additives using Micro Weigh System software
Perform operational tests and maintain FDA files for customers
Train customer staff on equipment operation and inventory control
Educate customer management on new products and programs

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of electrical wiring, plumbing, welding, and fabrication
Experience and understanding of feed yard operations helpful
Experience with use of power tools and volt meters
Ability to read electrical diagrams and follow instructions
Requires computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Must be able to read and understand English
Good customer service skills and a sense of urgency
Driver’s License and acceptable driving record required
Must be able to obtain a health card
