About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and grow manufacturer partnerships across pharma, biotech, and related sectors.
  • Own opportunities end-to-end: discovery, solution shaping, proposals, and deal execution.
  • Represent RCA Insights in executive-level discussions with commercial, medical, and research stakeholders.
  • Support deal structuring and negotiation with BD, Legal, and executive leadership.
  • Translate RCA manufacturing, research, and clinical data into commercially relevant insights.
  • Partner with Product, Analytics, and Research to package insights into differentiated offerings, including scalable product opportunities.
  • Ensure all partnerships and projects comply with regulatory requirements and RCA Research protocols.
  • Support development and submission of study protocols, regulatory documents, and sponsor deliverables.
  • Oversee transition from deal close through operational execution, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project execution and proactively resolve issues across stakeholders.
  • Support financial tracking, including project-level performance, invoicing coordination, and reporting.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA/MPH/MS) a plus.
  • 8+ years in business development/strategic partnerships/commercial roles in life sciences, healthcare, research services, or data/analytics.
  • Demonstrated experience with manufacturers/pharma partners, including shaping and supporting partnership or deal structures.
  • Strong clinical aptitude and ability to engage credibly with medical and scientific stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate complex clinical/research/data concepts into compelling commercial value.
  • Proven cross-functional leadership and project management across Research, Analytics, Product, and Legal/Compliance.
  • Preferred: Real- world-evidence (RWE), clinical research services, data/analytics commercialization, clinical trial ecosystem familiarity, and experience in build-and-scale environments.
