About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work closely with assigned patients to identify various reimbursement coverage options
  • Contribute to coaching and mentoring current team members
  • Manage a larger patient caseload than other case managers
  • Serve as the reimbursement expert for the assigned case territory
  • Participate in special projects assigned by the program manager
  • Collaborate with management to develop program protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the case manager role

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience
  • Bilingual (French and English) — spoken and written
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Flexibility to work variable hours (operating hours 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM)
  • Ability to apply critical thinking to resolve problems
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a patient support program
