Bilingual Caseworker

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work closely with assigned patients to identify various reimbursement coverage options
- Contribute to coaching and mentoring current team members
- Manage a larger patient caseload than other case managers
- Serve as the reimbursement expert for the assigned case territory
- Participate in special projects assigned by the program manager
- Collaborate with management to develop program protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the case manager role
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience
- Bilingual (French and English) — spoken and written
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Flexibility to work variable hours (operating hours 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM)
- Ability to apply critical thinking to resolve problems
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a patient support program
