About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Performs general administrative tasks such as handling the mail, typing, and maintenance of filling systems for the program.
- Create and maintain patient records in the CRM.
- Execute administrative tasks critical to the progression of patients through the Program
- Act as a liaise between other members of the team
- Review and analyze documents for Adverse Events
- Report Adverse Events as required
- Manage inbound and outbound calls
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or Post Secondary schooling preferred
- 3-5 years experience in a similar administrative role
- Experience with the SalesForce software (or experience with a CRM system) an asset
- Bilingual (English and French) is an asset.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
