About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide technical assistance and office support to internal and remote associates
Process orders received via fax, e-mail, and phone on a daily basis
Communicate with multiple external and internal customers
Adhere to all procedures and work instructions in performing the job
Communicate with various internal departments for customer/product-related issues
Maintain accurate information regarding backorders
Responsible for providing customers with accurate answers to questions and complaints regarding shipments and services
Suggest improvements to customer service operations
Other tasks as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

0-2 years experience in a customer service role
Post-secondary education or equivalent in a related discipline
Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) or MS MCDST certification
Strong experience with TCP/IP, DNS, LDAP, wireless systems, and practical knowledge of VPN and Cisco firewalls
Fluent in English and French mandatory
Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, PowerPoint)
Strong proficiency in order entry systems
Excellent problem solving ability
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic, sense of responsibility, high level of attention to detail
Ability to work in a team and independently with minimal supervision
