About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as an instructor and subject matter expert
Offer specialized consultation to other business coaching team members
Collaborate with assigned Business Coaching Coordinator
Enhance customer retention and engagement
Execute complex processes and engage in client-facing situations
Continuously maintain and update coaching activities within the CRM system
Compile pharmacy data to prepare necessary reports
Drive results by aligning opportunities with customer needs
Oversee all aspects of programs
Identify potential weaknesses within pharmacy operations
Work closely with Business Coaching Coordinator to assess customer needs
Guide in-store implementations
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the independent retail pharmacy market
Provide leadership with insights on industry intelligence
Create and implement new concepts

Requirements

What you’ll need

Broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations
Requires a minimum of 7 years industry experience and/or directly related and progressively responsible experience
Advanced knowledge of the retail pharmacy industry
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Ability to actively listen and influence others
Advanced knowledge and understanding of value, profit, and budgeting
Proven successful business tactics and good marketing skills
Ability to forecast, set goals, and train others
Knowledge of product and customer service standards for independent retail pharmacy business
Advanced analytical and probing skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong presentation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Strong organizational and prioritization skills; attention to detail
