About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as an instructor and subject matter expert
  • Offer specialized consultation to other business coaching team members
  • Collaborate with assigned Business Coaching Coordinator
  • Enhance customer retention and engagement
  • Execute complex processes and engage in client-facing situations
  • Continuously maintain and update coaching activities within the CRM system
  • Compile pharmacy data to prepare necessary reports
  • Drive results by aligning opportunities with customer needs
  • Oversee all aspects of programs
  • Identify potential weaknesses within pharmacy operations
  • Work closely with Business Coaching Coordinator to assess customer needs
  • Guide in-store implementations
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the independent retail pharmacy market
  • Provide leadership with insights on industry intelligence
  • Create and implement new concepts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations
  • Requires a minimum of 7 years industry experience and/or directly related and progressively responsible experience
  • Advanced knowledge of the retail pharmacy industry
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Ability to actively listen and influence others
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of value, profit, and budgeting
  • Proven successful business tactics and good marketing skills
  • Ability to forecast, set goals, and train others
  • Knowledge of product and customer service standards for independent retail pharmacy business
  • Advanced analytical and probing skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills; attention to detail
