Specialist III – HR Technology, Time & Attendance

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for User Support of associates across the enterprise (North America and Non-North America) via Support Mailboxes and Case Management Tools - Identifies requirements, resolves issues, provides user direction on system functionality and escalates more complex issues in compliance with defined SLAs.
- Supports COE project work and configuration changes/enhancements in Workday Time Tracking, Time Off and Absence.
- Acts as the Workday security administrator by adding/changing/deleting and reviewing user access; adds new fields, troubleshoots access and population issues, makes corrections and updates security profiles in accordance to SOX issue process; adds/changes/deletes and reviews user access that may feed other systems.
- Creates custom reports per business requirements such as tardiness, overtime costs, headcount, finance, payroll, HRMS legal reports, and ad-hoc.
- Responsible for the user testing of outstanding SOX issues, new time and attendance plans for HRMS system.
- Responsible for system upgrades and process adjustments based on client feedback and requirements.
- Collaborates with HR Business Partners and Managers in the business to create efficient HR processes.
- Operates as the liaison between internal and external auditors for SOX compliance issues.
- Sets up monthly processes within Workday process scheduler and monitors nightly completion; troubleshoots when problems occur with processes.
- Troubleshoots error reports received from third party systems; liaises with HR and third-party vendors to correct all Benefits, Payroll, and HCM interface errors.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Requires some training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four-year Bachelor’s Degree program, technical vocational training, or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Normally requires a minimum of 3-5 years directly related and progressively responsible experience.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate business problems and apply applications knowledge to identify appropriate solutions.
- Prior Workday Time Tracking, Time Off and Absence experience required.
- Demonstrate knowledge of project management process.
- Good interpersonal skills; effective team player.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Ability to prioritize workload and consistently meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills; attention to detail.
- Kronos and/or SharePoint experience a plus.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Smart Sheets, PowerPoint).
- Multi-language skills a plus.
