About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and scale shared services for Learning & Development.
Design and implement standardized operating models, processes, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
Manage the day-to-day operations of the talent development function.
Design and build a Learning Marketplace in partnership with Procurement, Technology/IT, and Finance.
Drive operational excellence through process improvement, automation, agentic AI.
Lead budget planning, vendor management, and resource allocation for Cencora University.
Own the certification, enablement, and ongoing support of Cencora University faculty facilitators.
Partner with Communications and Marketing teams to execute learner awareness and action campaigns.
Establish and deliver enterprise learning measurement frameworks, dashboards, and reporting.
Lead, inspire, and develop a global team, fostering high engagement.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Extensive experience leading L&D operations, learning systems, or talent development operations in a complex, global organization.
Proven success designing and scaling shared services, operating models, and learning infrastructure.
Experience managing budgets, vendors, and enterprise learning platforms and ecosystems.
Demonstrated ability to lead global teams and deliver results through influence and operational discipline.
Typically 12+ years of progressive experience in learning operations, talent development, HR operations, or related fields.
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.
