About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the program’s primary point of contact with physicians
Educate physicians and their staff about the program’s available services
Provide guidance on treatments to manage physician expectations regarding reimbursement
Review patient records to complete required forms for reimbursement efficiently
Assist physicians in completing Special Authorization (SA) forms and other documents
Provide regular updates to physicians about their patients
Customize program elements to meet the needs of physicians under your responsibility
Collaborate with other team members
Attend scheduled physician meetings with commercial representatives
Report adverse events

Requirements

What you’ll need

Registered Nurse (RN)
A degree in a related field (pharmacy, sciences) or equivalent transferable skills may be acceptable
Experience in public or private third-party reimbursement, pharmaceutical sales, managed care, clinical support, or related experience is an asset
Bilingualism is an asset (required for positions in Quebec)
CFPC certification is an asset
