About the role
- Work closely with leaders across operations, quality, regulatory, commercial, customer services and finance teams to understand challenges and opportunities.
- Own and evolve target architecture for World Courier and solution architecture for key priority projects.
- Lead architecture and analysis capability to ensure scope of work and solutions are well-defined, prioritized, and outcome-focused.
- Partner closely with vendors, IT delivery, product, data, security, and infrastructure teams.
Requirements
- Experience with one or more of the following platforms: transportation management systems, warehouse management systems, IoT and visibility platforms, customer-facing order solutions.
- Leading solution architecture or analysis in complex environments (20+ concurrent global projects).
- Strong grounding in business analysis and shaping demand.
- Strong understanding of applications, integrations, data, platforms, and security.
- Strong understanding of technology and technology delivery methods (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, etc.).
- Experience operating in regulated or operationally critical environments.
- Knowledge of key architecture and analysis frameworks.
