Key responsibilities & impact

Execution of purchase orders in SAGE
Communicate purchase orders with vendors
Management of overdue purchase orders and backorder KPI
Development of work instructions
Analyze Inventory Parameters and make recommendations for enhancements to maximize inventory efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with a post-secondary institution
Must be able to work between 8 and 40 hours per week, depending on the department's needs
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Good project management skills
Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and leadership skills
Customer service experience an asset
Good analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills to evaluate business problems and apply knowledge to identify appropriate solutions
Must be eager to learn, self-motivated, flexible, accountable and can effectively handle multiple tasks at one time
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Knowledge of computers to operate effectively with PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, and Microsoft Outlook
