About the role
- Execution of purchase orders in SAGE
- Communicate purchase orders with vendors
- Management of overdue purchase orders and backorder KPI
- Development of work instructions
- Analyze Inventory Parameters and make recommendations for enhancements to maximize inventory efficiency
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with a post-secondary institution
- Must be able to work between 8 and 40 hours per week, depending on the department's needs
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Good project management skills
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and leadership skills
- Customer service experience an asset
- Good analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills to evaluate business problems and apply knowledge to identify appropriate solutions
- Must be eager to learn, self-motivated, flexible, accountable and can effectively handle multiple tasks at one time
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of computers to operate effectively with PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, and Microsoft Outlook
