About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and operationalize the enterprise deal framework covering value articulation, pricing logic, partnership constructs, and contracting themes
- Provide early strategic partnership on high‑value deals—shaping narrative, deal structure, executive storyline, and commercial strategy
- Lead the development of unified deal narratives for major pursuits, ensuring clarity, executive‑ready storylines, and consistent message discipline
- Formulate an integrated value strategy and partnership roadmap that aligns with the OneCencora value proposition
- Partner with Sales, CDS, 340B experts, Market teams, Product, Finance, and Legal to streamline orchestration of high‑value deals
- Drive adoption of standardized deal assets and frameworks across the organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- 12+ years of directly-related or relevant experience
- 8+ years of demonstrated leadership
- Expertise in commercial strategy, deal architecture, strategic messaging, or enterprise sales
- Demonstrated ability to shape complex, multi‑stakeholder deals
- Strong executive communication skills with the ability to translate strategy into compelling narratives
- Experience building repeatable frameworks, toolkits, and templates that scale
- High cross‑functional EQ and the ability to orchestrate stakeholders across sales, finance, product, and legal
