Support the Product Manager in driving towards vision, objectives and key results
Serve as a strategic business and thought partner to Finance leaders and counterparts
Support the design, prioritization, and continuous improvement of Finance360 functional learning experiences
Partner with Enterprise L&D and relevant HR CoEs to leverage enterprise learning architecture
Support the evaluation, design and launch of people and talent programs across finance
Facilitate workshops or working sessions with key stakeholders
Support the operation and sustainment of talent programs
Work with Product Owner counterparts in ‘Continuous Improvement’ and ‘Financial Solutions’
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred
5+ years of experience in consulting, transformation, people and talent or related experience in a Finance & Accounting setting
Experience in assessing, designing, and implementing people/talent solutions
Experience in building roadmaps and logically sequencing recommendations
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience influencing in a large, matrixed, global environment
