About the role

  • Collaborate with lead designers to finalize feature designs and create interactive prototypes.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into user flows and high-fidelity designs.
  • Ensure that feature designs follow accessibility standards.
  • Partner with product owners and agile teams for accurate representation in development.
  • Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions.
  • Analyze and synthesize research findings for user-centered solutions.
  • Present research insights and design concepts to stakeholders for feedback.
  • Represent design in cross-functional meetings and communicate design decisions clearly.
  • Contribute to the advancement of design processes with new methods and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3 - 7 years of experience in digital product design for web and mobile platforms.
  • Experience working on B2B platforms or in complex systems.
  • Prior experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web languages.
  • Experience designing accessible user interfaces for complex applications.
  • Familiarity with WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA Standards.
  • Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems.
  • Experience creating user flows, wireframes, design annotations, and interactive prototypes.
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
