About the role
- Lead the strategic marketing efforts to support the successful launch of new product solutions
- Develop comprehensive launch strategies and marketing materials
- Collaborate with product and go-to-market teams to define target market segments
- Work close with the Customer Marketing leader for seamless product transition
- Use market insights to develop compelling product positioning and value propositions
- Drive execution of comprehensive marketing plans aligning with business objectives
- Foster relationships with cross-functional teams and measure success through key performance indicators
Requirements
- Minimum of eight (8) years of progressive marketing experience
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred;
- an advanced degree or veterinary background is a plus
- Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies
- Demonstrated success in leading teams and managing complex projects
- Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written forms
- Strong project management and prioritization skills
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Smartsheet, and Power Point
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
