About the role
- Complete client-specific projects to consistent quality, value, and timeliness
- Partner with Operations and Customer & Quality Services team
- Act as Subject Matter Experts for Strategic Account Managers
- Present ideas to streamline the build process and improve client experiences
- Execute production tasks according to a documented schedule
- Develop and manage monitoring plans for existing clients
- Perform liaison duties between operations and programming personnel
Requirements
- Requires a Bachelor's Degree in business administration or similar fields
- Minimum of one (1) year related and progressively responsible experience
- Understanding of the healthcare industry
- Flexible and able to multitask in a fast-moving environment
- Ability to ask for feedback and drive improvement
