About the role

  • Complete client-specific projects to consistent quality, value, and timeliness
  • Partner with Operations and Customer & Quality Services team
  • Act as Subject Matter Experts for Strategic Account Managers
  • Present ideas to streamline the build process and improve client experiences
  • Execute production tasks according to a documented schedule
  • Develop and manage monitoring plans for existing clients
  • Perform liaison duties between operations and programming personnel

Requirements

  • Requires a Bachelor's Degree in business administration or similar fields
  • Minimum of one (1) year related and progressively responsible experience
  • Understanding of the healthcare industry
  • Flexible and able to multitask in a fast-moving environment
  • Ability to ask for feedback and drive improvement
