About the role
- Conduct investigations into allegations of misconduct, fraud, and policy violations
- Collect and analyze evidence, including documents, emails, and CCTV footage
- Prepare detailed investigation reports outlining findings and recommendations
- Communicate findings to leadership, HR, or legal teams
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards
- Collaborate with HR, legal, and management teams during investigations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Normally requires a minimum of six (6) years directly related experience
- Experience in law enforcement or pharmaceutical industry preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient investigative skills
- Proficient interview and interrogation skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
