About the role

  • Lead strategic financial integration and divestiture efforts for acquisitions and separations
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the Finance M&A and Integration Vice President
  • Help drive Finance integration/divestiture program, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives
  • Partner with the Integration Management Office and senior leaders across key functions
  • Oversee the design and execution of Finance deal workstreams
  • Provide strategic oversight for the creation of TSAs, exit plans, and tracking costs
  • Lead the execution of Finance integration and divestiture activities
  • Oversee the development and management of integrated master plans
  • Monitor and track synergy targets and stranded costs
  • Act as an escalation point for resolving complex issues
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership and the Integration Steering Committee
  • Oversee Day-1 readiness plans and drive Finance transformation initiatives post-integration
  • Lead change management efforts and capture lessons learned from integration activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • MBA or CPA preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting, with significant expertise in mergers and acquisitions, financial modeling, and organizational transformations
  • Proven track record of leading large, complex integration or divestiture projects
  • Extensive experience with TSA creation, exit plans, and tracking one-time costs
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large budgets and lead high-performing teams
  • Deep knowledge of financial processes, systems, and reporting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS)
  • Expertise in synergy capture, stranded cost mitigation, and TSA creation
  • Advanced financial planning, analysis, and dashboard tracking capabilities
  • Hyperion experience preferred
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) and financial reporting tools
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
