About the role

  • Lead highly complex projects from initiation to completion while ensuring to stay within timelines and budget
  • Provide leadership for large projects and communicate effectively
  • Own creation of a project plan to identify key milestones & deliverables
  • Act as the Project Lead in development of project plan, design, and implementation plan
  • Work with Clients to understand their business requirements
  • Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions with multiple stakeholders
  • Mediate differences in business perspectives to drive requirements consensus
  • Monitor project deliverables and escalate to mitigate risks
  • Provide timely communications to functional and executive leadership
  • Identify and manage potential risks within the project

Requirements

  • experience in launching and supporting Patient Support Programs
  • experience in business administration, computer sciences or similar vocations
  • completion of a four year Bachelor's Degree program or equivalent experience and education
  • PMI certification or equivalent project management methodology training preferred
  • full project life cycle and team leadership experience with large-scale implementations
  • cross-functional information technology/business analysis background
  • minimum of 5 -7 years directly related and progressively responsible experience
  • management and/or project leadership experience
  • strong Project Management Skills
  • technical expertise in project management support tools like MS Project, Visio, MS Office Suite
  • knowledge of Patient Support Programs, Billing, Pharmacovigilance, and ERP applications
  • ability to organize, plan, and implement projects of various size and scope
