About the role
- Lead highly complex projects from initiation to completion while ensuring to stay within timelines and budget
- Provide leadership for large projects and communicate effectively
- Own creation of a project plan to identify key milestones & deliverables
- Act as the Project Lead in development of project plan, design, and implementation plan
- Work with Clients to understand their business requirements
- Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions with multiple stakeholders
- Mediate differences in business perspectives to drive requirements consensus
- Monitor project deliverables and escalate to mitigate risks
- Provide timely communications to functional and executive leadership
- Identify and manage potential risks within the project
Requirements
- experience in launching and supporting Patient Support Programs
- experience in business administration, computer sciences or similar vocations
- completion of a four year Bachelor's Degree program or equivalent experience and education
- PMI certification or equivalent project management methodology training preferred
- full project life cycle and team leadership experience with large-scale implementations
- cross-functional information technology/business analysis background
- minimum of 5 -7 years directly related and progressively responsible experience
- management and/or project leadership experience
- strong Project Management Skills
- technical expertise in project management support tools like MS Project, Visio, MS Office Suite
- knowledge of Patient Support Programs, Billing, Pharmacovigilance, and ERP applications
- ability to organize, plan, and implement projects of various size and scope
