About the role
- Support business development by creating a comprehensive rate card for cryo GMP projects
- Participate in training on CGT processes, GMP standards, and existing ULT/Cryo rate card framework
- Conduct market research and benchmark rate card against competitors (CAH, UPS, McKesson, Eversana)
- Engage internal and external stakeholders to gather pricing and client expectation insights
- Collect operational metrics and perform time studies to identify cost drivers
- Organize cross-functional workshops to define rate card components and sales strategies
- Pilot test and refine rate card based on feedback; prepare and conduct sales training
- Establish ongoing review schedule and feedback mechanism for rate card improvements
- Develop standardized transportation quoting framework and load quotes in Salesforce
- Analyze historical transportation data; collaborate with sales, supply chain, finance, and 3PLs
- Explore TMS or software integration to automate quote generation and improve accuracy
- Define KPIs for quoting process (turnaround time, accuracy, win rates)
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Logistics, or a related field
- Must not require sponsorship to work in the U.S. now or in the future
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Interest in business development and sales strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to create persuasive presentations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and engage with various stakeholders
- Proactive and self-motivated attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks
