Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in strategic integration, digital transformation, governance, or related leadership roles.
Proven track record of driving large-scale transformation initiatives and delivering measurable outcomes.
Proven experience in leading and implementing product operating model and agile delivery methodologies to drive efficient, iterative, and customer-focused outcomes.
Expertise in business management systems, OKR/KPI monitoring, and funds management.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in Organizational Change Management and leading cross-functional teams through change.
