About the role
- Lead the development of the FY26 Talent to Value roadmap
- Establish a team intake process to prioritize and manage T2V projects
- Partner with Data and Analytics COE to create a quarterly T2V scorecard
- Own annual ELT and executive development & succession process
- Develop thought leadership content to support T2V integration
- Design and facilitate workshops to help leaders understand T2V principles
- Establish and lead Communities of Practice to foster collaboration
- Develop a centralized knowledge management system to share insights
Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience in talent management, organizational design, HR Business Partnership and/or leadership development
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and measurable outcomes
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence executive audiences
- Demonstrated ability to create compelling content and deliver effective training and presentations
- Deep organizational design experience required
