About the role

  • Responsible for the achievement of the Netherlands / Belgium net customer billings and sales activities target ensuring that this is achieved with the appropriate margin.
  • Develop and implement a strategic commercial plan to attain Netherlands / Belgium revenue and activity goals, while utilizing a consultative sales approach.
  • Manage the entirety of the sales funnel from customer segmentation and target identification to lead generation and nurturing to opportunity close and on-going account management.
  • Meet regularly with existing and prospective key customers and provide leadership to sales teams in securing and building business partnerships.
  • Lead the development of the Benelux fiscal year commercial plan (Net Customer Billing).
  • Promote and manage sales team goal setting and ensure regular measurement of performance.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English, Dutch, and/or French
  • An undergraduate degree in fields such as business administration, sales, or marketing; a Master of Business Administration is preferred.
  • Alternatively, a solid education in logistics services in combination with reasonable practical experience in sales and marketing.
  • Management/Supervision experience in a growing, complex global service environment.
  • Relevant direct pharmaceutical industry experience in transport logistics.
