About the role
- Create and maintain patient records in the CRM, ensuring information is accurate and up to date
- Perform administrative tasks essential to patient progression
- Ensure data integrity
- Serve as a liaison between team members
- Manage faxes promptly and appropriately
- Organize work schedule to align with business hours
- Label and attach documents in the CRM
- Cover various shifts
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or data entry role
- Excellent computer skills
- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM system is an asset
- Experience with faxing software (e.g., MyFax or RightFax) is an asset
- High school diploma; post-secondary education preferred
- Technical or vocational training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
