About the role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex, and global projects in alignment with VMO governance.
- Manage multiple workstreams with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Act as a trusted advisor and coach for business sponsors.
- Anticipate risks and drive issue resolution.
- Ensure disciplined adherence to project governance, while promoting innovation and continuous improvement.
- Support change adoption by partnering closely with change management, IT, and business functions.
- Lead a small team of project analysts and coordinators.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex/global initiatives.
- Mandatory certification in SAFe, PMP, or PRINCE2.
- Exceptional ability to manage and influence moderately difficult stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of project governance, portfolio management, and value realization practices.
- Experience working in regulated industries preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
