Senior Account Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maximize revenue from assigned customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers
- Understand iGaming trends and consult clients accordingly
- Track client feedback and share insights with the Product team
- Represent the company at iGaming events and exhibitions
- Regularly update the Head of Account Management on key metrics
- Prepare detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 3 years in iGaming
- B2B Account Management experience
- Strong Sales & Business Development background
- Deep understanding of iGaming trends and products
- Fluent in English; Russian proficiency preferred
- Ability to handle Tier 1 customers
- Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
