- Handle inbound calls from customers in French

Requirements
- Fluent in French (English or Spanish is a plus)
- Strong communicator with a commercial mindset
- Confident in sales and in overcoming objections
- Customer-focused, proactive, and a genuine team player
- Comfortable using Microsoft tools and working remotely
