About the role
- As a Sales Support Agent, you’ll be the friendly voice behind our home delivery service for frozen food and wine.
- Outbound Sales: Call customers to update delivery times, reschedule, or take new orders.
- Offer special deals & add-ons!
- Inbound Support: Help with orders, cancellations, reschedules, and general questions via phone or email.
- Customer Care: Create happy customers with your empathy and positivity!
Requirements
- Secondary school diploma
- Native Dutch or Flemish
- Basic PC skills
- Sales or hospitality experience = a plus!
