About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

As the central interface between Sales, Delivery and customers, you will develop compelling SAP service concepts and support customers on their journey to modern operational and cloud models.
Develop tailored SAP AMS and managed service concepts
Support Sales in qualifying new opportunities
Conduct workshops and customer presentations
Prepare proposals, service descriptions and cost estimates
Advise customers on SAP S/4HANA, cloud and operating models
Work closely with technical experts, architecture and delivery teams
Further develop and standardize the SAP service portfolio
Help shape new services and solution approaches

Requirements

What you’ll need

Good knowledge of the SAP environment (e.g., consulting, operations, AMS, presales or other SAP-related roles)
Understanding of SAP S/4HANA and modern cloud models
Enjoy translating customer requirements into convincing concepts
Strong communication skills and confident presence at different management levels
Structured and independent way of working
German at C1 level or native
