About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Functional consulting in SAP HCM with a focus on HR processes
- Analysis, optimization and implementation of customer-specific HR processes
- Preparation of functional specifications, facilitation of workshops and close coordination with stakeholders
- Support with customizing tasks in SAP HCM
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of professional experience as an SAP HCM consultant in one or more modules (e.g., PA, PY, PT, OM, ESS/MSS)
- Solid understanding of HR processes and their mapping in the SAP system
- Experience in customizing within SAP HCM
- Desirable: knowledge of cloud environments (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, SAP BTP)
