Functional consulting in SAP HCM with a focus on HR processes
Analysis, optimization and implementation of customer-specific HR processes
Preparation of functional specifications, conducting workshops and close coordination with stakeholders
Support with customizing tasks in SAP HCM

Requirements

Several years of professional experience as an SAP HCM consultant in one or more modules (e.g., PA, PY, PT, OM, ESS/MSS)
Solid understanding of HR processes and their mapping in the SAP system
Experience in customizing within SAP HCM
Desirable: knowledge of cloud environments (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, SAP BTP)
