About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide clinical oversight, supervision, and mentorship to Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians
  • Conduct regular clinical observations and coaching sessions
  • Ensure treatment integrity and quality service delivery
  • Promote ethical, evidence-based ABA practices
  • Conduct and oversee VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Functional Behavior Assessments, and skill acquisition assessments
  • Develop and update individualized treatment plans based on client progress and data
  • Conduct parent and caregiver training and collaborate with families to promote skill generalization
  • Review treatment progress and recommendations
  • Complete supervision documentation in accordance with BACB and funding source requirements
  • Maintain timely clinical reports and ensure compliance with payer guidelines and organizational policies
  • Mentor new clinicians and provide clinical feedback and coaching
  • Assist with onboarding and competency development
  • Facilitate clinical training and continuing education opportunities
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Director, RBTs, ABA Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, schools and IEP teams, physicians, and community providers
  • Work directly with children and families in their homes while maintaining a manageable caseload

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Active Virginia Behavior Analyst License (or ability to obtain prior to start)
  • Minimum of two years of experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Commitment to ethical clinical practice
  • Reliable transportation
  • Preferred: experience supervising RBTs
  • Preferred: experience conducting caregiver training
  • Preferred: leadership or mentorship experience
  • Preferred: experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
