About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide clinical oversight, supervision, and mentorship to Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians
Conduct regular clinical observations and coaching sessions
Ensure treatment integrity and quality service delivery
Promote ethical, evidence-based ABA practices
Conduct and oversee VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Functional Behavior Assessments, and skill acquisition assessments
Develop and update individualized treatment plans based on client progress and data
Conduct parent and caregiver training and collaborate with families to promote skill generalization
Review treatment progress and recommendations
Complete supervision documentation in accordance with BACB and funding source requirements
Maintain timely clinical reports and ensure compliance with payer guidelines and organizational policies
Mentor new clinicians and provide clinical feedback and coaching
Assist with onboarding and competency development
Facilitate clinical training and continuing education opportunities
Collaborate with the Clinical Director, RBTs, ABA Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, schools and IEP teams, physicians, and community providers
Work directly with children and families in their homes while maintaining a manageable caseload

Requirements

What you’ll need

Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Active Virginia Behavior Analyst License (or ability to obtain prior to start)
Minimum of two years of experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Commitment to ethical clinical practice
Reliable transportation
Preferred: experience supervising RBTs
Preferred: experience conducting caregiver training
Preferred: leadership or mentorship experience
Preferred: experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
