About the role
- Manage daily accounting operations, including general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end close
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and internal management reports
- Track and manage all grant funding and ensure compliance with nonprofit GAAP standards
- Supervise A/P and A/R staff to ensure timely processing of invoices and deposits
- Assist in developing annual budgets and financial forecasts
Requirements
- Experienced in accounting operations
- Knowledge of nonprofit and grant accounting standards
- Proficiency with financial software and tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
