About the role
- Senior Product Managers at Reason One own the product from strategy through delivery.
- You'll develop a deep understanding of each client and their users, own the product roadmap, and ensure the work delivers the outcomes the client is investing in.
- Partner with clients and stakeholders to define what the digital product needs to accomplish - for the organization and for its users - and establish the goals and success metrics (KPIs) that will measure it.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, analytics reviews, and site audits to surface opportunities - both for initial product definition and for ongoing optimization of live digital experiences.
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap, including delivery items, sprint breakdown, and milestones; for continuous innovation engagements, prioritize enhancements based on user data, client feedback, and business impact.
- Define detailed product requirements and user stories for net-new features as well as iterative improvements to existing functionality.
- Manage client expectations and product scope throughout project lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with the tech lead and dev team during implementation, providing product context and making scope decisions as they arise.
- Post-launch, accountable for how the product evolves - synthesizing inputs from across the team to prioritize what gets improved, when, and why.
- Work closely with Account Directors and Project Managers to maintain clear ownership across roles.
- Collaborate with product management peers to push the practice forward.
- Participate in Reason One’s B Corp mandate to improve our social and environmental impact.

- At least 3 years of healthcare digital experience, either agency-side or system-side (managing digital products at a healthcare organization)

- Familiar with common platform approaches to delivering digital experiences, such as delivering on hybrid platforms (more all-in-one solutions like Sitecore, Optimizely, or Kentico), to fully composable approaches using specialist platforms for each concern (Storyblok for CMS, Coveo for Search, VWO for personalization, Jotform for HIPAA compliant forms etc.)
- Can connect business goals, user needs, approach, and feasibility to make sound product decisions across the full project lifecycle
- Experienced in discovery and requirements gathering, including stakeholder interviews, user research synthesis, and requirements workshops

- Comfortable using analytics and performance data to shape product strategy
- Experience with post-launch optimization and evolving live products (e.g. A/B testing, conversion optimization)

- Can align and communicate across clinical, marketing, IT, and technical stakeholders, translating between audiences and driving shared goals
- Experience working in cross-functional teams to deliver successful digital work
- Experience working in agile and waterfall methodologies and an understanding of how a Product Manager fits into both
