About the role
- Partner with hiring managers and leaders to define hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies
- Source and engage candidates through multiple channels, ensuring a diverse and qualified pipeline
- Manage and coordinate the interview process, guiding candidates and ensuring a fair, structured evaluation process
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, from first contact through to start date
- Act as a brand ambassador for Rearc India
- Provide market intelligence to hiring managers and leadership
- Partner with People Ops/HR to ensure a smooth onboarding handover
- Build and manage relationships with external recruitment vendors
- Track recruitment metrics and share insights
- Contribute to global recruiting initiatives
Requirements
- 3–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (technology or consulting preferred)
- Proven sourcing skills and strong interviewing/probing ability
- Excellent organizational skills and proactive communication with candidates, hiring managers, and global teams
- Ability to “sell” Rearc’s story and act as a brand ambassador
- Career-driven, personable, and able to build trust quickly
- Track record of meeting hiring targets while managing multiple roles
- Understand the importance of post-offer engagement
- Deep understanding of cultural nuances and employment practices in India
- Familiarity with ATS systems (Rippling is a strong plus)
