About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements
- Act as the embedded legal advisor to our Product and Engineering teams
- Navigate complex, multi-jurisdictional regulatory frameworks relating to payments, digital assets, and data privacy
- Act as a trusted business partner, providing risk-balanced legal guidance
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5 to 7 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) at a top-tier law firm and/or in-house legal department
- Strong background in commercial, product, and/or financial regulatory law
- Familiarity with global payments, corporate credit cards, or Web3/blockchain technology is highly preferred
- Thrive in high-velocity, ambiguous environments
- Comfortable managing multiple dynamic workstreams with competing deadlines
- Can quickly distill complex legal concepts into clear, commercial solutions for non-legal stakeholders
- Qualified to practice law in a recognized jurisdiction (e.g., Singapore, Hong Kong, UK, US, or Australia)
