About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the full development lifecycle of features end to end — from conception through deployment and operation
- Build scalable, maintainable, and robust full-stack systems
- Collaborate closely with other engineers and product stakeholders to design solutions
- Lead by example and raise the bar for engineering practices and quality
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of software engineering experience for senior candidates (strong mid-level engineers with 3+ years also considered)
- Strong across the entire stack — the React ecosystem (state management, component frameworks) on the front end, and TypeScript/NestJS services and APIs on the back end
- Deliver maintainable, well-tested, production-ready architecture and code
- Strong applied database skills — designing well-structured schemas, writing and optimizing queries, managing migrations, and reasoning about performance with Prisma against PostgreSQL/Aurora
- You balance technical depth with product understanding and apply sound judgment when making tradeoffs
- Familiarity with app development using tools like React Native, and publishing apps to the app stores is a plus
