• Candidate Research & Lead Generation
• Conduct structured searches using LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo.io, Indeed, and internal databases.
• Apply Boolean, X-ray, and AI search strings to identify top candidates across industries (Education, Healthcare, Engineering, Hospitality, etc.).
• Scrape and organize data from job boards, social media, and professional networks into Zoho Recruit CRM.
• Maintain updated candidate sheets with verified contact details and key skill summaries.
• Talent Pool Development
• Build and segment talent pools for high-demand roles: teachers, nurses, engineers, sales executives, technicians, etc.
• Track passive candidates for future openings and engage them periodically with REAP HR updates.
• Support recruitment campaigns by preparing Excel/Zoho candidate trackers by category, experience, and location.
• Coordination with Recruitment Team
• Collaborate with Recruitment Specialists to understand client needs and role specifications.
• Share shortlisted leads daily/weekly based on priority job openings.
• Support candidate pre-screening with basic qualification and availability checks.
• Data Management & Reporting
• Ensure all sourcing data is accurate, tagged, and updated in Zoho Recruit or other internal systems.
• Generate weekly sourcing reports (number of profiles sourced, shortlisted, contacted, etc.).
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with UAE PDPL (Personal Data Protection Law) in all sourcing activities.
• Market & Competitor Intelligence
• Monitor hiring trends, salary levels, and skill availability within assigned sectors.
• Research target companies and competitor hiring strategies to improve sourcing effectiveness.
