About the role
- Talent Sourcing & Networking - Source qualified candidates through various platforms and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
- Candidate Screening & Evaluation - Conduct screening interviews and prepare evaluation reports.
- Client Coordination & Relationship Management - Liaise with clients to understand role requirements and maintain relationships.
- Recruitment Administration - Update candidate interactions and support onboarding processes.
- Market Research & Talent Intelligence - Stay informed on labor market trends and support data collection for benchmarking.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in recruitment.
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment (agency or consultancy background preferred).
- Strong sourcing expertise across diverse industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with Zoho Recruit or similar ATS platforms.
- Knowledge of UAE labor law, visa procedures, and employment classifications (MOHRE).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Fluency in English; Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is an advantage.
- Strong MS Office and digital sourcing tool proficiency.
