About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and operational analysis
Perform budget-to-actual variance analysis
Prepare financial reports
Conduct cash flow forecasting
Build financial models and perform trend analysis
Perform ad hoc financial and operational analysis
Identify process improvements and improve reporting accuracy
Maintain finance and operations data integrity
Support leadership decision-making with actionable insights
Partner with Finance and Operations leadership and collaborate across departments

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred
2+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, purchasing, or a related analytical role
Advanced Excel skills
Experience working with ERP systems
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Experience with NetSuite preferred
Experience with Power BI or Tableau preferred
Experience with financial modeling preferred
Experience supporting budgeting and forecasting preferred
Experience in SaaS or Education preferred
Ability to work at a screen for extended periods
Ability to use standard input devices
Ability to participate in virtual meetings
