About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build solutions to real customer problems using the most effective technology
Work directly with customers in client delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5 years of software engineering experience
Strong coding skills across multiple programming languages
Understanding of how businesses make money with software
Comfort working in ambiguous environments without detailed guidance
Deep mastery of a relevant craft, such as engineering, business analysis, QA, or design
Comfort working in a terminal
Daily experience using AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, or equivalent
Willingness to learn and use Git
Ability to write clear, precise prose and explain reasoning in writing
Ability to direct AI agents clearly
Full-stack or cross-functional hands-on building experience
Willingness to work across engineering, delivery, and client contexts
Must code and be willing to operate across the stack
